Overview
Mining allows players to gather ores and gems to craft items, complete quests.
How to Start Mining
- Choose your mining spot on the Map. All ores and gems can be found on this map.
- Buy a Pickaxe for 1000 Gold from MineStore.
- Equip the Pickaxe (minimum level 70 required).
- Right-click on the mining spot to start mining. Your character will begin mining automatically with animations.
Mining Tips
- Avoid mining in crowded areas to reduce the risk of Mine PKers.
- Mine off-center spots; stay at least 1 screen away from walls.
- Keep your miner in place as long as possible; moving resets ore flow and slows gem drops.
- Check your miner every 15–30 minutes to drop ores, collect gems, and ensure it’s alive.
- Use an extra logged-off character (preferably Water Taoist) to:
- Store ores or gems safely
- Revive your miner if killed

Gems
- Gems are randomly obtained when your Progression Bar reaches 100 XP.
- Gems can be socketed into items for bonuses.
Types & Effects:
- Kylin Gems:
Increase item durability (Normal 50%, Refined 100%, Super 200%)
- Fury Gems:
Increase accuracy (Normal 5%, Refined 10%, Super 15%)
- Dragon Gems:
Increase physical damage (Normal 5%, Refined 10%, Super 15%)
- Phoenix Gems:
Increase magic damage (Normal 5%, Refined 10%, Super 15%)
- Rainbow Gems:
Increase experience gained (Normal 10%, Refined 15%, Super 25%)
- Moon Gems:
Increase spell experience (Normal 15%, Refined 30%, Super 50%)
- Violet Gems:
Increase weapon proficiency experience (Normal 30%, Refined 50%, Super 100%)
Mining Progression
- Each ore mined gives XP towards the Progression Bar.
- Every 100 XP: Receive a random gem from the gem pool.
- Keep mining in one spot to maximize XP and gem drops.

Does mining near walls increase gem chance?
No, it only helps avoid PKers.
Do gem spots exist?
No, gem drops are random.
Does class matter for mining?
No, all classes are equal, but Water Taoists benefit from Wind Scrolls for faster movement.
